Ketogenic diet and low carbohydrates diet can damage your body and brain. 糖質制限は脳と体に悪い理由。

 ★what is keto diet? 

The ketogenic diet typically reduces total carbohydrate intake to less than 50 grams a day and can be as low as 20 grams a day. Generally, popular ketogenic resources suggest an average of 70-80% fat from total daily calories, 5-10% carbohydrate, and 10-20% protein. 


★what is matter?

It is effective for losing weight in a short period of time, but it definitely worsens the function of the liver, kidneys, brain(which needs glucose the most for healthy function) , and glucose tolerance, and because glucose metabolism decreases, the weight will surely rebound or gain more weight than before. 


For me, ketogenic diet lovers gives me an image close to a cult. They tend to be brainwashed by inputting the same information over and over again, believing that it is really correct and not giving up. Nonetheless, there are many reports of people getting sick due to ketogenic diets and carbohydrate restrictions, and the latest research reveals the risks of long-term practice of keto diet. Many people believe keto is good for them because some doctors recommend it for diabetes people, but it’s just harmful if you aren’t diabetes or special syndrome. Plus even for diabetes people it’s not fundamental solution because they can’t eat fat so much for a long term. (Even they improved their blood sugar level in a short time, they will have another problem in the future.) 


★what is the best for now? 

It’s better to eat balanced diet which include enough amount of carbs. Rice and grain like oats are the best carbs than bread 🍞and noodle which might include many extra things, but you can still eat bread 😗I usually buy breads which made from simple ingredients without preservatives or bake sandwiches breads by home bakery machine. You can even bake bread only with water and flour without salt like Italian people do☺️

生物でも高校で習ったように、ぶどう糖はネズミとか人間とか脳を持つ動物には最重要エネルギーで、それを極端に控え続けると、当然脳にも自律神経にもダメージを与える🤯自律神経失調症や認知症になりたくなければ、糖質も怖がらず取ろう😯🍙
