Eat healthy fat to prevent dried skin,wrinkles, cracked lip.

If you feel dried hands 
no matter how many times 
you apply hand creams on your hands,
your body might be lack of inner moisture.
It's important to use day cream and night cream
for your face, but your skin also need 
various nutrients from inner body.

Nutrients for dried skin. 
1 Protein   
To produce NMF=natural moisturizing factor
2 Omega-3 fatty acid, EPA, DHA, α‐linolenic acids
Good  quality fat become ingredients of
hormone and cellular membrane
3 Vitamin A (Retinol, beta-carotene)
To keep moisturize of your skin.

I ask my husband 
to take me to Sushi restaurant
when I feel dried skin,
because I need to eat fresh fishes.
I also try to eat avocados, almonds, 
pumpkin seeds, fresh fruits, vegetables etc.
Making kale smoothie with berries and banana
is also easy way to intake good quality of
skin care nutrients.
But you still need to feed yourself with
good quality of oil.(Not fast food fat!!)

Caffeine contained in coffee and coke. 
It will delay the metabolism of the skin 
by destroying the antioxidant vitamin C.
I'm coffee lover, so I need more vitamin C
than normal people who doesn't drink coffee.
So please remember you need extra Vitamin C
if you are tea or coffee lover.

What can you do after you ate too much salty food?



I already told you before
salt make you fat and 
salt make your face bigger(puffy).

But I know you sometimes 
took too much salt by mistake
because many people 
must go social event
and restaurant also tend to 
serve too much salty food.
So it can't helpful you sometimes 
consumed too much sodium.
Don't worry I'll let you know correct information
how to remove excess salt from your body.
Remember if you are model or ballet dancer,
eating too much salty food everyday will 
snatch away your job someday
because salt make your body muscle tight
and bring many skin problems too
if you take it too much.
(Of course human body need moderate sodium 
to keep your healthy blood pressure level)

Anyway I need to 
write most important information now..

How to remove excess salt from your body.
1  Drink purified water a lot 
    Just drinking water a lot is very effective to
    flash away excess sodium from your body
2  Drink some tea or coffee
   These drinks have a diuretic effect because 
   both coffee and tea include caffeine.
   But don't put milk.
3 Intake citric acid
  Citric acid (sour food like lemon, orange,vinegar)
  help kidney function, 
  so it's also effective to
  remove swelling and 
  excess water from your body
  because of salt.
4 Take some potassium rich foods or supplements
  As potassium levels in your body increase,
  sodium levels decrease and vice versa.
  You can utilize this body function to
  help remove excess sodium from your body. 
  Banana, avocado, Lemon water, coconuts water,  
  Tart Cherry are recommendable to consume 
  potassium. Tart Cherry juice includes both
  rich of natural potassium and melatonin, so
  you can remove salt from your body during
  you sleep deeply at night.
  (Killing insomnia and
 puffy face with Tart Cherry juice!)
5 Take salt bath
  Dense salt water remove 
  excess water and sodium
  from your body effectively

   when you steam rice or use red beans

   in Japan to remove swelling from your body.
   You can also make red beans coffee by roasting
   them as well as you do with coffee beans. 
   My friend lost more than 15 kg by drinking 
   red beans coffee every morning in stead of 
   normal coffee☺ We call it 小豆コーヒー.
   Red beans make you slim, 
   so ancient noble women 
   refrained red beans 
   because the chubby women
   are more popular around 8C-12C Heian Era.

Why white rice is staple diet in Japan? Because it's simply good for you.



Many health conscious people say 

"Brown rice is better to intake all nutrients and 

 healthier than white rice."


I wanna ask the doctors or the nutricionists

"So why most of Asian counties staple diet is 

white rice and not brown rice?" 

I guess if there are more benefits than demerits 

about eating brown rice in the human history,

maybe people didn't start to polish rice!

It was actually already invented BC 350,

although white rice was only for special people(貴族)

in those days.


I don't deny about the nutrientious benefits of 

brown rice and it's lower GI food, but

brown rice also contains Abscisic Acid

(which is basically poison for your body),arsenic,

and remained agricultural chemicals.

I sometimes eat brown rice but not everyday 

because it's too much work for my digestive organs

to break down brown rice everyday. 


If you wanna eat brown rice 

you need to soak them for a long time to

minimize the poisons(発芽毒, germination poisons) 

in brown rice and wash them many times. 

Plus you need to steam them for two times longer 

than white rice. 

YES! It is very troublesome(*'ω'*)


Japanese eat white rice with many vegetables

and fishes everyday, and it's rare to eat 

brown rice or sticky rice.(Only when special occasion)

People know instinctively 

white rice is easier to digest and give them 

more enough energy and nutrients than

brown rice eventually.

I like brown rice taste, so I sometimes 

order brown rice in vegetarian restaurant in USA,

but I don't steam brown rice at home and 

I eat Japanese rice or Jasmine rice at home

because I know I feel better when I eat white rice.

Many people also told me 

white rice taste better too.


If you wanna lose weight,

I recommend you to eat white rice at first 

by chewing well so that they will digest completely

in your body and recover your brain functions 

including an appetite center. 


And when your body

become enough healthy 

to eat brown rice sometimes

you can intake brown rice 

so that the rich fivers and vitamins

will give you good effects on your body.


BUT

I don't recommend you to eat brown rice

when your body is sick or you feel tired,

because all nutrients in brown rice will not 

absorb into your body properly. 

And in worse case you will have just indigestion.
